The Art Of Writing Great Voice Over Scripts #voiceover #vo from @RainRecording and @RachelsVoice
Tweep @RachelsVoice pointed out this great little bit that the guys at Rain Recording also tweeted out on writing great scripts for voiceover. Excellent tips you may want to take to heart in your own budding copy writing career. And no, it isn’t meant to beat up folks over all the…interesting copy we have performed over the years. More a reminder that everything can be improved, from our performance to the copy it is based on.
Using my iPad in my voiceover recording studio from @KarenCommins #voiceover #vo
Another Faffcon attendee! Karen wrote this blog post back in June about how she uses her iPad in her studio. Green efforts + ease of use = voiceover winner! Cut down on printing, save paper, and scroll silently. My only issue with it (and I have used tablets for the same purpose) is there seems to be no app that allows you to mark up a script easily, write in edits, etc. Perhaps David H. Lawrence XVII’s Rehearsal app? In any case, it is worth a look. Thank you Karen!
